The willow that camouflages our BCCS container is to have its biennial prune. It will be cut by our wonderful shredding team so willow worker Norah Kennedy can use the stems to lead two workshops in Bisley that will benefit our birds. Weave willow bird feeders, tables and (for the ambitious) nests. Sign up for a 2-4pm session on Sunday 4th February in Bisley Village Hall or for 2-4pm on Saturday 17th February in the Church Meeting Room. £10 donation to book, all materials, tools provided. Pruned willow not used will be shredded and we will mulch the community orchard trees to help prevent apple scab. Join us!!
