On Saturday we were visited again by students on the Stroud Permaculture Course, eager to learn about BCCS as an example of a local community run recycling scheme and a prime example of the circular economy in action.

Stroud Permaculture Course Students learning about BCCS and digging out some of our spare leaf mold to take to a community gardening project in Paganhill, Stroud.
Wonderful to have a visit again by Stroud’s Permaculture Group’s students after a year’s (COVID of course!) absence!
And hoping more groups will be returning to share our compost ‘talk’ and their experiences.
BCCS has directors all experienced in community composting issues and two “Master Composters” happy to share advice on home composting problems.
